Building digital port infrastructure

At NxtPort we work closely together with the port community, port authorities and Port of Antwerp-Bruges to digitally connect the port infrastructure. We aim to provide tangible and usefull digital services to the Port of Antwerp-Bruges community to make the port infrastructure more efficient and safer. This includes the development of new and innovative digital platforms working in close relation to the existing port business flows and infrastructure.

NxtPort is a young and dynamic organization where we value personal initiative and input. The NxtPort team creates and delivers new functionality and features in a continuous manner. This requires teamwork and inspiration from all the NxtPort Team members. We believe innovation is a team effort

Agile methodology

The agile methodology is encouraged throughout the NxtPort organization. Our development teams are organized in an agile fashion and aim to adhere to the common agile atmosphere including sprints, scrum boards, etc. Additionally, we value the agile spirit and support the agile philosophy throughout our organization. Our software development processes aim to provide new business features as a continuous process, We collaborate closely with the Port stakeholders in order to design lean and efficient digital solutions.

Cloudnative

Our IT infrastructure is designed in a fully cloud-native environment. We have established a modern and flexible IT architecture including pipelines, containers, etc. This approach allows to use the most modern development methodologies and to gain full advantage of the cloud benefits

Based in Antwerp

Our offices are located near the banks of the river Scheldt in the center of Antwerp. However, we fully employ a modern hybrid workspace including teleworking and team days. We like to spend valuable in-person time on teamwork and in-depth workshops. This way, we are gaining efficiency and inspiring work!
